Shipping policy
Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.
Orders can take up to 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Where we ship
We currently ship worldwide.
Netherlands (NL):
Standard shipping in The Netherlands on all orders less than €60 before shipping is €4.95. Please note that order processing may take up to 1-2 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.
European Union (EU):
Standard shipping in the European Union (EU) on all orders is €12.95 on all orders. Please note that order processing may take up to 1-2 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.
Rest of the world:
Standard shipping to all countries outside of the NL and EU is €12.95 on all orders. Please note that order processing may take up to 1-2 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@philosupplements.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. The costs for the shipment are for the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@philosupplements.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
